Easy-to-dough Halloween Cookie Treats

Here are two super easy recipes for Halloween cookie fun using our gingerbread and chocolate chip cookie dough.

Halloween Gingerbread Mummies

What You’ll Need

  1. A packet of Mo’s Gingerbread Cookie Dough
  2. Icing Sugar
  3. A dusting of Flour
  4. Candy Eyeballs (I use Wiltons)



  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 4)
  2. Tear open a packet of Mo’s delicious gingerbread
  3. Lightly dust a work surface and roll out the dough
  4. Using Gingerbread men cookie cutters, cut out your Halloween mummies and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes


  1. Before handling, ensure mummies have cooled
  2. Mix icing sugar with water and pipe onto the gingerbread – pipe back and forth to create a zigzag pattern resulting in a bandage effect
  3. Finish off by attaching the Candy to make scary eyes
  4. Enjoy!


  Mo’s Spookie Spider Cookies

What You’ll Need

  1. A packet of Mo’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  2. Rolo’s
  3. Liquorice
  4. Candy Eyeballs



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 4)
  2. Slice Dough into wheels approximately 1cm thick
  3. Lay on a baking tray well spaced apart and bake for 8-10 minutes or until a light golden brown colour


  1. Whilst the cookie is still warm place liquorice legs in position
  2. Place the Rolo in the centre of the cookie immediately after-allowing it to melt and stick the liquorice to the cookie
  3. Add the candy eyeballs
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Enjoy!
