
Easy-to-dough Halloween Cookie Treats

Here are two super easy recipes for Halloween cookie fun using our gingerbread and chocolate chip cookie dough.
Halloween Gingerbread Mummies
What You’ll Need
- A packet of Mo’s Gingerbread Cookie Dough
- Icing Sugar
- A dusting of Flour
- Candy Eyeballs (I use Wiltons)
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 4)
- Tear open a packet of Mo’s delicious gingerbread
- Lightly dust a work surface and roll out the dough
- Using Gingerbread men cookie cutters, cut out your Halloween mummies and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Before handling, ensure mummies have cooled
- Mix icing sugar with water and pipe onto the gingerbread – pipe back and forth to create a zigzag pattern resulting in a bandage effect
- Finish off by attaching the Candy to make scary eyes
- Enjoy!
Mo’s Spookie Spider Cookies
What You’ll Need
- A packet of Mo’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- Rolo’s
- Liquorice
- Candy Eyeballs
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 4)
- Slice Dough into wheels approximately 1cm thick
- Lay on a baking tray well spaced apart and bake for 8-10 minutes or until a light golden brown colour
- Whilst the cookie is still warm place liquorice legs in position
- Place the Rolo in the centre of the cookie immediately after-allowing it to melt and stick the liquorice to the cookie
- Add the candy eyeballs
- Allow to cool
- Enjoy!
