Q: Can your products be kept frozen or refrigerated?

We recommend keeping our products frozen so that they stay perfectly fresh for one year. If kept refrigerated, we recommend using them within six weeks.

Q: What is the best way to keep baked cookies?

Since we don’t use preservatives, baked products stay fresher if kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer. If kept frozen, cookies will last for two months. If kept refrigerated, cookies will last for one week.

Q: Can you re-freeze your products?

We recommend that Mo’s Cookie Dough should not be re-frozen if they have completely thawed to room temperature. Keep dough frozen until used up, or keep refrigerated if products have thawed completely.

Q: Can you bake just a couple cookies at a time?

Yes. Slightly thaw the whole package of cookie dough for 15 minutes at room temperature. Slice off as many servings as you’d like to bake. Wrap back up and place the dough back in the freezer or refrigerator for future use.

Q: Can we buy your cookies already baked?

We offer baked products only for events, parties, gift bags, or party favours. If interested, please email morag@moscokiedough.co.uk or call 07519 546905.

Q: Can you eat the dough raw?

We use free range pasteurised eggs in our products, which means there is no chance of Salmonella. We still advise you to bake our products before enjoying them!
