Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 8-10 minutes
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2.Slice and bake your roll of Mo’s Cookie Dough for 8-10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and leave to cool.
3.Once your cookies have cooled, break up your dark chocolate and place in a bowl.
4.Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds.
5.Dip one half of your cooled cookie into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure even coverage.
6.Dip the chocolatey side of your cookie into the chopped hazelnuts. Shake gently to get rid of excess.
7.Chill your cookies in the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has solidified.
8.Put on the kettle and enjoy your delicious Hazelnut Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies!
